No espaço em que o projeto seria realizado, costumava funcionar um café, que estava desativado. Algumas áreas como cozinha integrada e depósito já existiam, bem como as bancadas, todas muito compactas. A intenção era que todas as mudanças acontecessem com o menor custo de investimento e a melhor qualidade possível.
Foi necessário realizar um retrofit no local e trazer a identidade da Casa Pilão para cada canto. O trabalho em locais já existentes costuma ser desafiador, mas, com o empenho da equipe envolvida, o resultado foi extremamente satisfatório.
